Our process begins when we receive your order and image. Whether you are submitting an image of a loved one's handwriting, your pet's paw print, your wedding logo, or a child's footprints, we will take your custom image and process it so that it can be engraved onto your choice of jewelry. 

Our goal is to keep as much details as possible, while ensuring that the image will look clean and defined when engraved.

Often, the image will be tidied up (removal of any excess fur marks, smudges, double impressions). If a Paw Print Editing Fee was purchased, a proof will be sent for your review prior to production.  

All photos are processed in a similar way. Once your order has been engraved, we will assemble the chain and finish your order by hand!
