When will my order ship?
Our production times have temporarily increased to ensure the safety of our workspace.
Update: Our current production time is 2 to 3 weeks.
To avoid delays with production, please make sure to leave us complete engraving details
before you check out. We will contact you via email if we do not have all the information we need. If we do not hear back from you, we will come up with a design or issue a refund if we cannot complete your order.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from BC, Canada.
How long does it take to ship to the US?
Packages being sent to the US will take approx. 4-8 business days via standard mail. All packages include tracking and insurance.

Packages being sent within Canada will take approx. 2-8 business days. All packages include tracking and insurance.
