Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

As each piece is customized and made to order, please kindly note that a 30% restocking fee applies to a return for refund. Return shipping fees are not included.

Items purchased on sale are final.

In most cases, purchasing an extender may resolve the issue. Or, if you prefer, you may also send your piece(s) back to us and we can resize them for you. Additional fees may apply, depending on the materials needed.

Please also note, shipping fees will apply both ways.

In an effort to complete your order as efficiently as possible, we often enter production within a few hours. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 4-6 hours of ordering.

Mistakes happen and we’d be happy to work with you to come up with a solution. As each order is unique, please contact us for further information.

If any items are damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Please ship the package back to us within 30 days for a free replacement.

2. Please have the package sent back to us within 30 days of the first contact via email

3. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging

4. Include your order number for reference

5. Send all returns and exchanges via USPS / Canada Post ONLY

6. Once we receive your package, it will take us approx. 2 weeks to process your return for refund/exchange/resizing
